ARCH's design process is unique, starting with a deep listening phase to understand the place and the purpose of our clients' projects.  Our team employs a variety of media, from hand sketches to BIM, models, 3D visualisations, videos, and watercolours, to engage clients and stakeholders in a dialogue and achieve the best possible outcome. 

Based around five studios in larger cities and several remote project offices, we operate as a single team utilising cloud-based digital platforms for our project management, communication and digital design.  

We offer a comprehensive range of services for all project work stages. From masterplanning and business cases to specialist clinical and recreation planning, interior design, and contract administration, we are equipped to deliver projects through construction. 

We achieved zero carbon for business operations in 2020 and sustained that performance based on verifiable data; in 2023, we completed our Sustainability Action Plan, and had our Reconciliation Action Plan endorsed.
