TLC Healthcare is seeking a contemporary, state-of-the-art Wellbeing Centre at Homestead Estate in Wallington to strengthen resident health, rehabilitation services, and operational resilience. The facility will integrate harmoniously with the existing environment while supporting TLC’s “New Era of Aged Care” model and holistic wellbeing. TLC Health Clubs is dedicated to bridging the gap between fitness and healthcare by creating environments that empower people to take a proactive approach to their health through movement, connection, education, and evidence-based health initiatives.

ARCH has been appointed to design a new 250 m² Wellbeing Centre that directly responds to these needs. The Centre will include a fully equipped physio gym, activity and relaxation areas, staff support spaces, and a dedicated RAT testing room. Designed for accessibility, efficiency, and a strong physical and operational connection to the existing facility, the project will reinforce TLC’s commitment to contemporary aged care infrastructure and resident-centred wellbeing.
