ARCH have been engaged for the design for the Payneham Memorial Swimming Centre Redevelopment. Currently in construction, ARCH designed a new, state-of-the-art aquatics facility that will be the heart of a new community precinct.

Our design scope comprises a new open air/outdoor Olympic sized swimming pool and an indoor swimming and leisure experience that includes an eight lane 25m pool, a learn-to-swim leisure pool and a zero depth splash pad for the younger at heart.

There will also be a range of new aquatic experiences on offer to entice teenagers and younger patrons including a range of aqua-slides and outdoor water play for all ages and abilities.
