ARCH was engaged by City of Swan to develop new district-level leisure centre in Ellenbrook. This will be a major new asset for the City of Swan and in particular to the existing and new community of the Ellenbrook and surrounding suburbs. The goal is to create an inclusive multipurpose sport and community facility that enhances public experience and improved equity.
The new centre will incorporate aquatic, sports, health, well-being and community elements including: entry and administration, food and baverage, indoor sports courts, creche, aquatics including 50m outdoor pool, 25m indoor pool, LTS, splash area, warm water pool including hydrotherapy and 4 waterslides, health & fitness, 300 spaces carpark and outdoor spaces including landscaping.
