This $154m certified 6-Star Green-Star Design & As Built Centre of Excellence building is located on the Gold Coast in Queensland. The ARCH design team is proud to be the architects, interior designers, and clinical planners for this impressive project. This stunning architectural masterpiece showcases the region's innovative construction techniques and diverse architectural language.

With its bold and dominant glazed ‘skirt’ curtain wall, the design blends fluidity and dynamic form, reinforcing the connections that this site has to both the coastal character and hinterland ecology.

The project sits on the land of the Yugambeh language-speaking nation, in the internationally recognised Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct, in Southport QLD.

The nine storeys with an additional three basement levels feature advanced medical research, training, and clinical facilities, including a world-first Image-Guided Surgical Training and Technologies Centre. A focus on research in radiology, interventional cardiology, specialised rehabilitation services, and a Phase 1 human clinical trials unit. High-quality specialist medical consulting suites and collaboration spaces, located near Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University, and neighbours the Gold Coast Private Hospital. The basement offers 180 car parking bays with EV charging stations and 95 bicycle racks.
