Flinders Medical Centre's Margaret Tobin Centre redevelopment officially broke ground this week with the Minister for Health and Wellbeing Chris Picton, Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) Governing Board Chair, Mark Butcher, Louise Miller-Frost, Federal Member for Boothby, Catherine Hutchesson, Member for Waite, Erin Thompson, Member for Davenport and Nadia Clancy, Member for Elder all in attendance at the sod turing ceremony.
Our design scope encompasses the development of a new PICU Mental Health Wing, complete with secure sally port access, administration, and two interconnected 6-bed units for high acuity consumers. Additionally, we are undertaking the refurbishment of an existing Wing for Lower Acuity.
"It's great to be involved in such an important project for SA Health, Southern Adelaide Local Health Network and Department for Infrastructure and Transport a pleasure to be working with the very knowledgeable project team." Associate John Schmidt
