ARCH were engaged to provide architectural services for the design and construction works for the Multi-Storey Car Park Project on Institute Road at Westmead Hospital, Westmead.

The key project scope of works allowed to demolish the existing at-grade car park WH7 and to develop design and documentation for a multi-storey car park over 8 levels and a 47 space at-grade car park on the former Coroner's Court site. In addition the design needed to accommodate pedestrian entrance paths from the south side of Institute Road to multi-storey car park and the existing Dental Building, landscaped zone including security lighting, grass mounds and planting on the corner of Darcy and Institute Roads, a new kiosk substation, a link bridge between the multi-storey car park and Level 2 of the existing Dental Building and realignment and refurbishment of the existing Level 2 corridor within the existing Dental Building.
