A sustainability showcase of why less is more

Sustainability and science unite at Western Sydney University’s new $30 million teaching and research facility.

Embracing the university’s culture of innovation and invention, we applied lateral thinking to find better ways of doing more with less.

The result, a 6 Star Green Star rating, representing world leadership in sustainable design, $1.8million in construction cost savings, a new aesthetic for research buildings and cutting edge learning spaces for students and staff.
