ARCH is worked with The Star Entertainment Group to transform and redevelop The Star Integrated Resort.

As Executive Architect we provide existing condition assessment, high level planning application documentation, coordinated project design and documentation, and BIM services for the proposed masterplan works, over a five year implementation period. Previous approvals are now coordinated into a single BIM resource for a major governmental submission which seeks approval for major works such as improved site infrastructure, vertical transport upgrades, significant refurbishments to the 5 star Astral hotel lobby and function space, and premium gaming floor expansion.

Collaborating with The Stars’ design team, we have prepared a second major planning application which proposes a new hotel and serviced apartment tower, to be operated by Ritz Carlton. ARCH’s scope includes assistance with site wide design, technical and BIM coordination and construction documentation for several projects including the Astral Lobby refurbishment and the Grand Foyer.
