The client is looking at complete refurbishment of all four levels, including the furniture, partitions, and finishes, as the current fitout was done for a previous tenant and does not suit their current needs.

Client's brief of "recognising that change is a constant in the world, we are dynamic in that we seek to drive change rather than let it drive us".

We maximised indoor environmental quality, implemented efficient light control, and incorporated sustainably sourced materials. The fitout is contemporary, refined, and influenced by industrial design, with timeless design, minimal touches, contrasts, and accents.
