Hall & Wilcox fitout

Elevating modern worklife, this stunning office design blends sustainability, collaboration, and warmth

Designed by ARCH in collaboration with fit-out contractor Shape, the new Hall & Wilcox Lawyers offices on the 11th floor of a newly completed building boast stunning views. The design emphasises sustainability and wellness, aiming for Greenstar and WELL accreditation standards, establishing a new benchmark.

The open-plan layout is thoughtfully crafted to cater to the diverse needs of modern work life. Featuring various meeting rooms, quiet spaces, and phone pods, it allows collaboration and confidentiality, enabling team members to choose the most suitable environment for their tasks.

The office's aesthetic combines sophistication with warmth – beautifully detailed coffered ceilings, elegant timber veneers, and biophilic design.

The reception area, boardroom, and staff pantry combine together to form a spacious, multifunctional event space, made adaptable by operable walls that allow for flexible configurations. While a gallery corridor connects the client meeting rooms to the back office, from the reception, providing a space for the client to display their local art collection injecting personality and local character. A spacious kitchen with café-style booths encourages social interaction, strengthening workplace culture.

This new space represents a holistic approach to modern work life, prioritising the wellbeing of individuals while enhancing the firm's presence.

Kudos to our amazing interior design team, Denise Widjaja, James Campbell, and Rebecca Plumsted, for bringing their vision to life with a truly stunning design!
