ARCH worked with the Shopping Centre owners ISPT to re-vitalise this aged shopping centre mall experience.The demographic for the locality needed refocus on families, parents, and a different shopper than the centre was originally designed for.New dining experiences were created allowing food tenant licensing areas to remain, but bringing an overall theme to the precinct. Encouraging extended visitation and community gathering.Child friendly play intimately related to new cafe experiences took advantage of a generous mall width, and combined with best practice parenting/ nursing rooms, and a significant upgrade to amenities ensured that this Shopping Centre refurbishment was once again providing the retail customer experience of a contemporary community focused retail destination.
