ARCH's award winning Mildura Riverfront Feasibility Study assesses and develops the Mildura Riverfront 2005 Masterplan. The study established a high quality mixed use development of regional benefit and explored the unique opportunity to reconnect Mildura’s CBD with the Murray River in Mildura, Victoria.

Our proposal maintained the existing qualities of the area, including natural elements and built structures to create a vibrant and diverse riverfront that is rich with social, economic and environmental experiences. It promoted a community that celebrates past, current and future contexts for the robust, confident development of Mildura and its riverfront.
