Lounge areas at the end of both residential wings are collocated with group activity spaces or services such as café, hairdresser, etc. Communal spaces are oriented north; affording excellent solar penetration and natural light; creating friendly, cheerful gathering spaces. This approach reduces reliance on artificial lighting, heating and cooling to result in energy savings and lower operating costs.
