ARCH designed and delivered the new refrigerated Green Endeavour warehouse at Brisbane Markets. The new refrigerated warehouse includes general storage areas, pick and pack zones, freezer and boxing distribution zones.

The design concept focuses on;

• Visible and prominent location on Sherwood Rd (opposite the BML main entrance)
• strong ESD approach to match the tenant brand values,
• three storey office building with future proofing to enclose the upper level at a later stage,
• functional and efficient floor plan,
• compliance with food standards and import/export regulations.

The Suncoast project embraced sustainability with an incredible array of edible and non-edible landscape garden features both on the staff terrace and surrounding the building.The design includes a range of dock types, finger docks, rapid doors refrigeration plant and associated offices. Temperatures range from -20deg to 15deg workspaces.
