BaptistCare Narellan Masterplan
With a vast undulating topography, and a stand of majestic trees being retained, the project has offered many challenges such as providing all of site accessibility whilst maintaining yield.
The Narellan SAHF Project, was a whole site masterplanning exercise originally undertaken for BaptistCare for the extension of the existing Angus Bristow Retirement Village, to provide new housing for seniors and families under the Social and Affordable Housing Fund and to incorporate a 128 bed Residential Aged Care Facility.
We documented our scheme to provide 128 SAHF residences and 46 retirement village residences as an extension to the existing community.
The RACF, developed by ARCH directly engaged to BaptistCare.
The dwellings were designed to the silver level of the "Liveable Standards" and the dwellings range from single bedroom villas, to two storey townhouses and 3 bedroom duplexes in the retirement village.
