Rebecca Plumsted has over 25 years of extensive design and project management experience gained across diverse project types. She deeply understands the contribution built form makes to our environment, notably in seniors living, residential, education, and community buildings.
With a particular interest in positively shaping our experience of ageing, Rebecca creates comfortable, high-quality integrated seniors living and aged care facilities. She works flexibly and collaboratively, enhancing the user experience and fully realising her client's brief.
Rebecca's dedication to her clients is a testament to her reliability and collaborative nature. Over her 25-year career, she has consistently provided personalised service to clients of all scales, including corporate, institutional, and not-for-profit. Her attention to detail, understanding of the multiple, complex issues and their impacts inherent in most design projects, and ability to resolve such issues means clients are assured the focus is always on achieving the best possible outcome.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked with many of Australia's leading seniors living providers and maintains a passion for the sector and the evolution of best practice outcomes.
