Nicole Eadie

Senior Architect | Associate

Nicole is a dedicated and driven Architect who has worked within the education, health, residential and sports and recreation space. Her experience in the management of projects, in conjunction with her understanding of design, documentation and consultant coordination preludes her strong project leadership and management skills.

Nicole has a practical approach to problem-solving, underpinned by an excellent understanding of BIM modelling tools. Her ability to quickly convert concepts into a 3D environment to test and explore options, to be shared with team members and clients alike, is a key asset in the success of her designs. Nicole is a strong proponent of user engagement and drives discussion with a range of stakeholders to ensure the client’s expectations are met and the project is well understood by the consultant teams.

Nicole has more recently focused on the health sector, particularly in mental health and led the Royal Darwin Hospital Mental Health Unit project. She is passionate about community focused design which serves a greater purpose. Her compassionate outlook drives her desire to produce outcomes that enrich the lives of consumers through their environment. Nicole strives to have a deeper understanding of the end-user, prompting her to complete a certificate in Mental Health First Aid as well as currently undertaking a Diploma in Psychology at UNSW.
