Charles has significant professional experience over many years in the construction industry. During his career he has managed projects in aviation, healthcare, residential, commercial, retail, tourism and hospitality, education, and public sectors of the industry. His main fields of expertise are in Building Information Modeling, project setup, team coordination and project standards areas, particularly when projects are being completed in the BIM environment.

Since March 2017 Charles has been working as the Documentation Manager on the $3.6billion Queens Wharf Integrated Resort Development project in Brisbane. He has overseen quality systems in his role as Quality Manager, and his in-depth knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards ensures expert review and management of projects.
