A specialist in three-dimensional computer modelling and documentation, Chad has been working with Revit since 2004. Over nearly two decades, he has built deep expertise in the software, from advanced 3D modelling and family creation through to establishing templates, drafting standards, and training teams. His leadership in Revit implementation includes writing drafting manuals and developing efficient documentation systems that support consistency and quality across projects.

Chad’s project portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, childcare, hospitality, and civic architecture. He has worked on high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, retail spaces, office fit-outs, townhouses, bespoke new homes, and renovations.
