Anushka Waas

Project leader

Anushka is a Senior Architectural Technician with over 12 years of experience. She has been involved in all stages of design, construction, and project management through her career.

Her focus is in healthcare. With projects include a medium sized hospital expansion, and numerous additions and alternations to existing hospitals often completed in multiple overlapping stages due to ongoing hospital operations. The additions and alterations work include a range of new facilities such as a high security Prison Ward, Accident and Emergency Department Extension, Operating Theatres, Rehabilitation Centres, Specialised Procedure Rooms, Inpatient Wards and Medical Staff Quarters.

Her recent health project was as the Architectural Lead/ Project Manager for the three phased SGD22 million Expansion of Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital in Singapore. She was responsible for the project from its inception in 2014 to completion in 2018. Phase two of this project, which was a new six storey building was awarded the Singapore Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Gold Certification.
