Adam is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development and project management. Over the past decade, he has successfully led initiatives across various sectors, including residential, education, and government projects. As a Principal and Studio Leader at Hames Sharley from 2013 to 2023, he oversaw a dynamic team of up to 15 professionals while collaborating with regional and local governments in the Northern Territory. His responsibilities included tendering, marketing, and managing a diverse range of projects, from health and education to commercial and residential developments.
Notable projects under Adam’s leadership include the Nerang Social and Affordable Housing Development and the Gene Company Laboratory within the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct. He has worked with esteemed clients such as the Brisbane Housing Company, St Vincent DePaul Society, and various governmental bodies, contributing significantly to the development of social housing feasibility studies and innovative residential complexes.
